These rules, or the consent of Beepo Inc., govern the use of the trademarks of Beepo Inc., which are owned exclusively by Beepo Inc.

The Beepo Inc. website has a list of its trademarks. No trademark, service mark, business name, trade name, username, or domain registration may be used or registered in conjunction with any Beepo Inc. trademark.

Beepo Inc. trademarks may not be imitated or diluted in any way, including as a trademark or in any component of a trademark, without the express written consent of Beepo Inc.

Be sure to abide by any terms of service and community standards while using Beepo Inc. trademarks. This permission to use Beepo Inc. trademarks may be revoked at any time, for any reason. Incompatible material will be rejected at the sole discretion of Beepo Inc.

These terms are subject to change at any time. These terms may be amended or replaced at any time. It's your responsibility to keep an eye out for updates to our website. If you continue to use the Beepo app after the terms have been updated, you are agreeing to the new terms. Beepo does not offer any promises or guarantees of any kind.

Representatives of Beepo include, but are not limited to, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, key contributors, and any other representatives that may be included in this document. If you utilize any of the Beepo app's services, you are doing it entirely at your own risk.

This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, and non-infringement. Beepo explicitly disclaims any such warranties. In the event that Beepo provides you with information that is not accurate or helpful, you accept that (i) Beepo has no control over, does not warrant, and is not obligated to take any action. No guarantees are made regarding (ii) the Beepo app and Beepo ecosystem, including but not limited to processing virtual currency or tokens; (iv) the Beepo app and Beepo ecosystem are secure, safe, or free of viruses or other malicious code; and (v) that the Beepo app and Beepo ecosystem will be uninterrupted, error-free, or delayed.
